This beautiful manor house would make an ideal investment and can be used as a hotel, nursing home, private school/kindergarten or private residence.

Located within the administrative boundaries of the city of Poznan, the property consists of the manor house and a 5,33 ha park with five fish ponds with water supplied by natural springs.

The mansion, designed for Anthony Unrug by Roger Slawski, a prominent architect educated in Germany, was built in 1907.

Used as a hotel until 2009. There are 20 rooms, all with private bathrooms with showers, and two spacious halls on the first and second floors. The building was renovated in 1996. A new gas /oil-fueled Viessmann boiler, providing central heating and hot water supply, was installed in 2006.
