Countryside estate located on the edge of the Bardo Mountains and Klodzko Valley. The historic buildings from the mid-nineteenth century, so-called "peasant's farmstead", have been meticulously restored and adapted to current requirements and needs. It has been confirmed by winning the 2009 competition for the "most beautiful farmstead" in Lower Silesia, announced by the Marshal's Office.
The property consists of four buildings, including two houses, one of which serves as a rural tourism guest house. Some 50 hectares of land belongs to the estate, including more than 43 hectares of II and III class soil, maintained in a very good agricultural condition.
The land and buildings make for a highly attractive property, with lots of potential for development; its total value has been estimated at 5 750 000 PLN.
